1. Overview

At Aussie Hood, we are committed to delivering products that help you regain focus and control. We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day free trial and a 1-year warranty for all eligible customers.

2. 30-Day Free Trial

From the day your Aussie hood is delivered, you have 30 days to try it out risk-free. If during this period you feel Aussie hood isn’t the right fit for you, you may return it for a full refund. The product must be in good condition and returned in its original packaging.

3. Return Eligibility and Process

To initiate a return within the trial period, please contact us at support@aussiehood.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return address. Once we receive and inspect the product, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. 1-Year Warranty Coverage

All Aussie hood products come with a 1-year warranty covering any manufacturing or functional defects. If your device stops working as intended within this period, we will replace it free of charge.

5. Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or modifications. Cosmetic wear and tear from regular use is also not covered.
